A Unique Dance Program ​

This program brings together two internationally renowned dance figures to offer unique training for students and teachers.

Focusing on the technical excellence of the French School of Ballet and integrating psychopedagogy for holistic learning, the aim is to provide technical excellence, pedagogical depth and integral well-being through a two-week intensive immersion.

Hervé Ilari, a specialist in the French Ballet School and an osteopath, brings vast experience from prestigious European companies and conservatories.

Professor Paula de Castro, a university lecturer in Classical Ballet, psychologist and psychopedagogue, is an expert in classical dance teaching methodology, ballet repertoire and dance applied psychology.

Together, they offer a holistic perspective encompassing pure technique to the dancer's mental and physical well-being.

• Anatomy, Biomechanics, and Injury Prevention: Body knowledge to optimize performance and prevent injuries.

• Psychopedagogy applied to dance: Actualized teaching strategies and psychological aspects of learning in dance.

• Mastery of music for ballet class: Optimizing the use of music in the ballet class.

• For students or teachers who desire more personalized attention, there is an option to book individual private classes with the invited instructors.
